The finer details

Payments are due on the last day of the month for the following month. For example, September tuition is due on the last day of August.

  • $100 student/$125 family registration fee is due upon enrollment

  • Tuition is based on a monthly rate and is paid monthly and is due prior to care and must be paid through Brightwheel.

  • 5% discount for the oldest enrolled child of a family

  • UPK (Universal Preschool) & CCAP Spots are limited

  • Materials/ Enrichment Fee: An annual materials/enrichment fee will be due at the beginning of the school year in August or at the time of your enrollment. Down below are the amounts owed that reflect the amount of days your child attends. This can be paid upfront or split up into monthly payments (split into 5 monthly payments). $200 For Five Days, $150 For Three Day, and $100 For Two Days.

Schedule a Tour

A scheduled tour for a potential family may happen during our school hours. Anyone on a tour will be asked to sign in/out and will be escorted by a staff member at all times.

Per you convenience, you will meet with our director or assistant director to discuss availability and family needs.

Accept the Brightwheel app request and the pay registration fee to reserve your child’s spot. We'll also ask for the completed enrollment packet and necesary medical forms to be submitted.

What is your philosophy?

Little Mountain Preschool is a community based preschool that is nature inspired and play based enriched. We believe that children learn best when they are given an environment to be free and uniquely themselves. Little Mountain Preschool works with the families and the community to enrich the children’s lives with fun and engaging opportunities both outside and inside the classroom.

What does nature inspired mean?

Little Mountain Preschool is a nature inspired school that is committed to giving children the opportunity to experience the outdoors both inside the classroom and outside of the classroom walls. Nature-based learning involves incorporating the natural environment into our everyday activities. This approach can help children develop a deeper connection with nature and foster a sense of wonder and curiosity. Implementing nature-based learning in the classroom involves outdoor exploration, nature walks, gardening, and incorporating natural materials into play and learning activities. By engaging with the natural world, children can develop important skills such as problem-solving, creativity, and environmental awareness.

What does play-based mean?

Learning through play allows your child to explore and find their deeper interests; this gives them a platform to study the principles of math and science in an environment that makes learning more enjoyable. Working in groups and independently, your child will engage in a series of creative projects that are centered around what sparks their curiosity the most.

What are the tuition rates for Little Mountain Preschool?

Is Little Mountain Preschool Licensed?

Yes, Little Mountain Preschool is licensed through the state of Colorado. We follow all state licensing rules and regulations in regards to ratios, staff qualifications, and continue to stay up to date with any licensing changes.

Do you serve food?

Yes! We serve a morning breakfast and afternoon snack. We ask that families provide a well balanced lunch for your kiddo. We ask that you provide an ice pack to keep lunches cold or a thermos to keep food warm.

Does Little Mountain Preschool use an app for communication, billing, and attendance?

Yes! We use Brightwheel, a management software and app. With Brightwheel you will receive updates on your child's day with pictures and messages. You can also communicate with your child's teachers in real time. Brightwheel also allows your family to pay for tuition and track your payments.
